HB66: Constitutional Carry with Rep. Proncey Robertson and Montgomery County Sheriff Derrick Cunningham | Central Alabama Crime Stoppers Episode 10

The Alabama House Republican Caucus announced a legislative agenda that includes the so-called “constitutional carry” legislation that does away with the requirement to get a permit to carry a concealed handgun in public. The backing increases the chances of approval for the proposal that has failed for several years in Montgomery under opposition from state sheriffs.

Listen to HB66 Bill sponsor Rep. Proncey Robertson explain the constitutional carry and what it means if it is passed.  Also, listen to Alabama Sheriff's Association President Sheriff Derrick Cunningham explain why constitutional carry is a bad bill and how it will have a negative impact on the State of Alabama.
